At Molino San Juan Hacienda, every menu is a journey through time. Our three-course heritage menus evoke what was once enjoyed by figures such as Saint Mariana of Jesus, the explorer Edward Whymper, and the Jesuit priests who left their mark on the hacienda.
Each dish revives authentic flavors, traditional ingredients, and stories intertwined with the history of Cayambe. The experience not only delights the palate but also invites guests to discover a cultural and spiritual legacy that remains alive at our table.
